Marshall Family Practice offers services ranging from newborn check-ups and care for children to annual physicals and all aspects of general medical care. The practice is located in the Fitzgibbon Medical Clinic on the southeast side of Fitzgibbon Hospital.

NCQA Recognized Practice Marshall Family Practice is proud to focus on patient-centered care by providing specially trained physicians, nurses and care coordinators to help you navigate through the health care system, making sure you receive the best quality care in the most appropriate setting. Our goal is to be our patients’ home for health care. As such, Marshall Family Practice was designated by the State of Missouri’s Department of Social Services as a Primary Care Health Home for MO HealthNet (Medicaid) patients with chronic disease like diabetes, asthma and COPD. Marshall Family Practice is one of only 24 primary care practices in Missouri to be selected for advanced education and participation in a pilot program offering this innovative model of care. The Primary Care Health Home focuses on patient and family engagement in managing their disease, helping patients stay on their medications, follow through on prescribed testing and stay on their doctor’s plan of care. In general, we help you do what you can to stay healthy!

Our dedicated team of professionals has undergone extensive training in the Health Home model of comprehensive care coordination to ensure our patients receive accessible and appropriate health care. We want the same for all our patients.

When it’s time to see a doctor, please call for an appointment. Because we believe strongly in the value of your time, we will do our best to see you when your appointment time arrives. If it is your first time being seen at the clinic, please arrive 15 minutes early. To aid us in providing all of the services you need, we ask that you bring all medications (including prescriptions and over-the-counter medications) that you are currently taking, along with your current insurance information, driver’s license (or other picture ID). As a reminder, any office visit co-pay that your insurance requires is collected at the time of your appointment.
