Dr. White is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in orthopedic sports medicine. For the last ten years he was an attending physician and assistant professor of Clinical Orthopedic Surgery at University Hospital in Columbia. He completed his fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at Baylor Sports Medicine Institute in Houston, Texas. Dr. White earned his medical degree at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Shriner's Hospital in St. Louis and University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia. Dr. White’s sports medicine experience includes service as a team physician for the Houston Astros baseball team, the Houston Texans football team, and the teams at the University of Houston, University of Missouri and Stephens College in Columbia.
